Ampisound was started as a YouTube channel, producing videos for the parkour community. Over time, its grown to be its own force, with one of the largest collection of subscribers in Parkour and Freerunning.
Ampisound was initially creating training edits and event coverage, however as the scale and scope of the channel has grown, we are producing more viral videos and commercial content.
Ampisound now operates as a YouTube channel, Parkour team and production company, with its focus being on maintaining a presence that is true to the community focus it was born from.

What is the Ampisound?
The Ampisound logo is based upon the ampersand, which is a logogram “&” representing the conjunction word “and”. The ampersand represents a word which is used to connect other words, people, relationships and ideas. I took this symbol, made my own interpretation of it and tweaked the spelling accordingly to make it my own.
I wanted Ampisound to represent the same concept, with it being a symbol for something that connects, and that connection can be between athlete and environment, camera and filmmaker, image and audience or audience and movement.
