As a Parkour Photographer, I look to create compositions which give an impression of the athlete, environment, and the relationship between them. Parkour and Freerunning is intrinsically linked to the space it’s practiced in. So, my work borrows elements from both landscape and action photography. I aim to use the locations I shoot in to frame the shapes an athlete will make. My intent is to make the viewer consider where the athlete came from, what they did to get there, and where they will end up. I feel like there are a lot of unique elements to shooting as a parkour photographer. I look for unique angles and perspectives to best show movement in a static format.
